There are throngs of gearheads out there addicted to a make; those who would consider themselves “brand loyal” with an exclusive taste for Honda, Volkswagen, Ford, etc. Sure, they may be car enthusiasts who have an appreciation for all things automotive but they reserve their funds and driveways for the one make they love. Going a step further, there are those who are addicted to a specific model of a specific make and find themselves with multiple vehicles of the same model over the course of their lives or even at the same time. We all know that guy who wouldn’t even consider life without an M3 or Integra in the garage (running or not). You know, the people who have an EK hatch or Mustang for the track, another for daily driving, one more that’s “destined for greatness”, and another on jack-stands behind the garage as a parts donor. Whether it is multiple generations of the same model or just one specific chassis, these guys have a deep, unbreakable bond with their steed of choice.
