My homie Charlie B from the NYC Arts Cypher is proud to announce that the MURAL Documentary has been entered as an official selection of the Staten Island Film Festival 2010.
The documentary explores the fine line of perception whether graffiti is art or vandalism. Watch as politicians verse graffiti artists present their ideas and views of this never ending battle of spray cans and street walls as tools of expression.
